Smaver Services Pty Limited does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of any information provided by any third-party provider of any prizes offered by that third-party provider for any competitions that may be offered from time to time by Smaver. Entry to such competitions may require information to be gathered by Smaver in order to identify any winners or beneficiaries of such competitions. Smaver services Pty Limited is not responsible for the condition or content of those websites as Smaver services Pty Limited does not have control over those websites. - any unauthorised access of or breach of security to either of the Smaver Website for whatever reason;
